• Exchange must be informed on the same day of receiving the order and returned within 7 days.
• The article must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
• We do not replace the ordered article with a different article. Only the piece of the same article can be exchanged, subject to availability.
• Every returned article is inspected by our quality team before exchange.
• If an issue is found after inspection, the same article’s piece will be replaced according to our exchange policy.
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged articles are not eligible for exchange.
